When life gets busy, time to make or create can be one of the first things to go.

In times like these, I find that spending 5 minutes... no more, drawing marks or lines can be very soothing.

I've created kits with everything you need to have a go.

Each kit contains...

  • a small notebook

  • a pen in a lovely coral colour

  • a pencil to create guide marks if you feel you need them

  • a rubber to rub them out afterwards if you want (feel free to leave them there too)

There is only one thing you need to do, and that is S L O W down.

It's not something to rush.

You can press lightly or more firmly to create different marks.

And if mark making feels too much, try writing the alphabet over & over again.

Put on a calming music playlist, and see what happens.
