This summer, we returned to the Mediterranean island of Mallorca.

It was a special trip filled with memories.

We re-visited the mountain village of Deia for the first time since 2019.

And managed to climb the steps to visit the chapel with sits high above the village creating an iconic skyline.

The views from up there, fill your soul.

Swallows were swirling over our heads, and after the heat of the day began to ease, we made a pilgrimage to one of my favourite restaurants on the island.

Despite the heat, we managed to explore the island a little bit, and ended up visiting an olive grove to see how olive oil is made.

Olive trees are are such incredible plants, surviving for generations in the scorching heat of the countries they grow in. Tough, elegant trees, with the loveliest leaves.

This trip added to the already bursting portfolio of designs for postcards inspired by the island.

We even managed to print some postcards to send home.
