This one is tough to write.

It's hard to find the words sometimes.

As we travel through life we make connections which support us through the good times & the not so good.

Sometimes we can feel very alone, sometimes we can fear if we'll ever cope if our support network breaks down...

... but you know what?

You do.

But if I've learned anything, it's to soak up those special people whenever you can, and tell them what they mean to you.
