One of the  great delights of winter are the stars & consellations.

Just so you know, I'm really not a fan of winter, but I try to seek out the positives, and I've discovered that stars & candles are two winter treats I can embrace.

So for the 2025 Christmas Card, I wanted to capture that symbol of the star which was followed in the Christmas story.

Whether you have a faith or not, the stars in the sky remain unchanged year after year... the North star continues to shine brightly, Orion's belt re-appears consistently each year once autumn has passed.

I find some comfort in that, a bit like the Bass Rock, in Scotland, remaining steadfast & the consistent outline of the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca....

...when all else can feel unsteady & ever changing, some things remain the same.
