Sometimes it can all get a bit much... life, that is.
It can be joyful, but it can also be bloomin hard.
It's during the hard times we really need to look after ourselves, and find time to do something which helps us to feel better, feel stronger, feel calmer, feel more resilient.
In times like these, making can feel like it's a bit beyond reach.
Which is why I created this simple activity of drawing lines.

You'll feel your heart rate drop & your breath will slow.
